2. Products & Craftsmanship
- All our jewellery is handmade, which may result in slight variations in design, color, or finish.
- These variations are a natural characteristic of handcrafted products and not considered defects.
- We deal in 92.5 sterling silver, brass, gold-plated jewellery, and precious & semi-precious gemstone jewellery.
3. Pricing
- All prices are quoted in USD (as agreed).
- Prices may vary depending on design, quantity, customization, and market fluctuations.
- Any applicable taxes, duties, or import charges are to be borne by the buyer.
4. Orders & Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
- Orders are confirmed only after advance payment or mutually agreed terms.
- MOQ may vary depending on product category or customization requirements.
5. Payment Terms
- We accept payments via Bank Transfer (Wire), PayPal, or other agreed methods.
- Standard terms: Advance payment (50%–100%) before production.
- Production begins only after payment confirmation.
6. Production Timeline
- Production time depends on order size and complexity.
- Standard timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
- Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (natural events, logistics issues) are not our liability.
7. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship worldwide through trusted courier partners.
- Shipping charges are paid by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs or logistics.
8. Customs & Duties
- Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import regulations in their country.
- We are not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs.
9. Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the nature of wholesale and customized orders, returns are not accepted.
- In case of manufacturing defects, claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos/videos).
10. Quality Assurance
- We ensure premium quality standards before dispatch.
- Minor variations due to handmade craftsmanship are not defects.
11. Intellectual Property
- All designs, images, and content belong to Soumya Creations.
- Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
12. Confidentiality
- Any shared business information, designs, or pricing must remain confidential between both parties.
13. Limitation of Liability
- Soumya Creations shall not be liable for indirect losses, delays, or damages beyond our control.
14. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of India (Jaipur jurisdiction).
15. Amendments
- We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
